Photoshop class assignment! I had to make a character using inspiration of some sort, so I chose to make something based off one of my favorite games; The Binding of Isaac. I thought conjoined twins would fit perfectly in Edmund McMillen’s world of Issac.

A cleaner but not clean sketch of my montage… Painting with acrylic at a small scale is tuff.
This is a sketch for one of my final paintings for this semester. In my Figure Drawing/Painting class we had to choose a topic and create a montage out of it. Montages are NOT my thing, I hate creating a composition without logic. Floating figures ain’t cool when meshed into a large shape. My professor loves it, so I’m running with it. OBVIOUSLY the subject I chose was medical oddities. And I obviously half assed everything but the hands.
Impaled Princess and the Pea! Totally inspired by Machinarium. Post-apocalyptic themes are so pretty!! I’m going to make minor tweaks in this just for atmosphere.

This is what I’m working on as of recently… I had to make a human/animal combo painting in my “color” class and I chose to combine my boyfriend and an angler fish. This is so far. It’s required of us to put the subject in clouds…. The drawing isn’t so impressive either since it’s a simple line drawing but whatever! This is a 15x20 piece.
